By using otcathletics.com or purchasing any OTC Athletics service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.
Athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian to authorize their participation and provide contact information. By purchasing on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian accepts these Terms on their behalf.
OTC Athletics provides remote 1-on-1 baseball hitting coaching through video review, live sessions, programming, and ongoing communication. Specific service details are described on each product page. We reserve the right to update or modify services.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize OTC Athletics and Stripe to charge your payment method according to the payment plan selected (one-time, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or paid-in-full).
OTC Athletics offers a performance commitment: if an athlete completes a coaching program in full — including meeting all required commitment standards (daily/weekly check-ins, baseline measurements, video proof on key drills, weekly swing video submissions, and honest communication) — and has not seen measurable improvement, OTC will continue working with that athlete at no additional cost until improvement is achieved. The performance commitment applies only to athletes who meet all commitment standards in full. Athletes who skip required work, miss check-ins, or stop submitting video forfeit the performance commitment.
See our Refund Policy at /refunds for cancellation and refund terms.
All training materials, video reviews, programs, drills, and coaching content are the intellectual property of OTC Athletics and Anthony Brocato. Clients may use this content for their personal training only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any OTC content is prohibited.
OTC may request permission to use athlete photos, video clips, testimonials, or performance data for marketing purposes. Use of any athlete likeness requires separate written consent from the athlete (and parent/guardian if under 18).
OTC Athletics provides coaching services “as-is.” Athletic performance outcomes depend on many factors, including athlete effort, physical health, genetics, and consistency. OTC does not guarantee specific statistical outcomes beyond the performance commitment described above. OTC is not liable for injuries sustained during or related to training.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OTC services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
