Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

All sales of OTC Athletics services are final. By purchasing any service — including the Swing Audit, Hitter Development, Complete Athlete, or OTC Method programs — you acknowledge that the OTC Commitment is the sole guarantee provided. No refunds are offered.

2. The OTC Commitment

In lieu of refunds, OTC Athletics offers a performance commitment to athletes who complete the program in full. If you meet every commitment standard (daily/weekly check-ins, baseline measurements, video proof on key drills, weekly swing video submissions, honest communication) and your performance has not measurably improved by program end, OTC will continue working with you at no additional cost until it does. This commitment is OTC's binding guarantee to athletes who do the work.

3. What the Commitment Does Not Cover

The performance commitment does not apply if an athlete:

• Misses required check-ins without communication
• Skips assigned drills or fails to submit video proof
• Does not complete weekly swing video submissions
• Stops engaging with the program before completion
• Sustains an injury or experiences a circumstance that prevents continued training (see Hardship below)

4. Hardship Exception

OTC may, at its sole discretion, offer credit toward future services in cases of documented hardship (serious injury, family emergency, or similar significant life circumstance). Hardship exceptions are reviewed case-by-case and are not refunds. Requests should be sent to anthony@otcathletics.com.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve concerns directly with OTC is a violation of these Terms. We will dispute unauthorized chargebacks with full documentation of services delivered.

6. Swing Audit Refunds

The $50 Swing Audit is refundable only if the session is canceled by the customer BEFORE the audit is delivered. Once the audit has been delivered, the Swing Audit is non-refundable.
