OTC Athletics (“we,” “our,” “OTC”) is committed to protecting the privacy of every athlete and parent we work with. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact info: name, email, phone (from forms)
  • Application info: age, level, baseball background, goals, parent/guardian contact (for minors)
  • Payment info: handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers
  • Performance data: swing video clips, bat speed, exit velocity, and other metrics shared during coaching
  • Communication: emails, texts, and messages exchanged with us

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver coaching services
  • Communicate with athletes and parents
  • Process payments via Stripe
  • Send program updates and progress reports
  • Improve our coaching methods

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Many of our athletes are under 18. For athletes under 13, we require explicit parent or guardian consent before any data is collected or coaching begins. Parents have full control over what information is shared, and we never use minor data for marketing purposes without explicit written consent. Parents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time.

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — secure database
  • Resend & Google Workspace — email
  • Calendly — session scheduling
  • Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any other parties.

6. Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing anthony@otcathletics.com. We respond within 7 business days.

7. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure databases with row-level security, and limit data access to only what's needed to deliver our services.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
